![]() Leslie Sansone performs leg lifts, kick backs, side steps and arm lifts. There are no boosters used in this particular workout. The cast members are from all different ages and backgrounds. In this workout Leslie is working out with a large cast. I own all of Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds dvds and the 4 mile challenge is my favorite out of the four different workouts. There is a time clock featured with every workout to let you know that you are getting close to finishing your workout. In each of Leslie fitness dvds there is upbeat music to get you engaged in each and every workout. It's not the moves that get you fit but the pace that you workout that gets you fit. There are no fancy moves to learn and if there happen to be a move you can not do, Leslie tells you to just keep on walking. Most of her fitness dvds are very low impact. ![]() What I like about her fitness dvds are, anyone of any age or size can workout to these dvds. ![]() I have been a fan of Leslie Sansone for several years and I own well over 30 of her fitness dvds. ![]()
